Registration
Each student is required to fill out a registration form for each season.
A $20.00 registration fee will be applied for each family.
To hold a place for the 2009-2010 Season please complete
the KSDE Registration Form and return it with payment.

Payment
Is due the 1st of each month.
Any payment received after the 15th will have an additional
$20 late fee applied (no exceptions)
Payments may be mailed in or you may drop payment off at the school.
If paying by check, please record students first & last name in the memo.
If paying by cash, please enclose in a sealed envelope, have students name printed, with class day & time and hand deliver to the front desk.
Refunds will NOT be given for missed classes.

Preschool Dance - Fees Per Month
One 1/2 hour class per week - $30.00
Two 1/2 hour classes per week - $55.00
Three 1/2 hour classes per week - $65.00
Dance Classes - Fees Per Month
45 Minute Classes
One 45 minute class per week - $45.00
Two 45 minute classes per week - $65.00
Three 45 minute classes per week - $85.00
One Hour Classes
One 1 hour class, per week - $55.00
Two 1 hour classes per week - $75.00
Three 1 hour classes per week - $95.00
Four 1 hour classes, per week - $110.00
Five 1 hour classes per week - $125.00
Unlimited
1 hour Classes - $160.00
Private Dance Lessons
Private Solo Lesson
$20.00 per 1/2 hour
Semi Private (2-3 students)
$15.00 per student per 1/2 hour
