Classroom  Etiquette
Arrive 15 minutes before class
start time to prepare for class.
Do not enter a studio without
being invited by your instructor.
Come to class prepared to learn.
Come to class in full dress code
(see dress code).
Please raise your hand to
ask a question during class.
Students are encouraged to take notes and ask questions
pertaining to what they are learning.
Come with hair styled appropriately for your class (see dress code).
Students must ask permission before leaving classroom.
No food or gum chewing is allowed in the studio.
Only water is allowed in the studio during class time.
Remove all jewelry before dance class.
Remove your street shoes before entering the dance studio
and always take dance shoes off before going outside.
Dance shoes should never be worn outside on the concrete.
Turn off cell phones.
Please remember that another class is waiting to start
immediately after your class ends. If you need to schedule a conference with an instructor, please come into the office early or
call ahead to arrange a time convenient for both you and the teacher
